Family friendly, place to live. The property is nice to look at. Staff is friendly and the maintenance crew are prompt and take care of the property well.

We moved into the Vanderbilt Apartments in 2022. Great location. Vanderbilt has a clean and well maintained complex. We’ve enjoyed our time here. The apartments are updated with modern flooring, appliances and bathroom fixtures. I also love the courtyard view some of the apartments offer. Nice to look out and see people playing catch with their dogs and grass instead of streets and cars. I sit out and enjoy a meal on my patio as often as I can. It’s very peaceful and cozy.
