|Recommended: YesThis is my second experience with an apartment complex, and I love it — I absolutely love this complex It is super close to shopping centers and to I-70 and 370, which is convenient. Any maintenance or office issues that arise are handled efficiently and kindly. It is a quiet community and, although I have only been here for 3 months, I have recommended this complex to friends and family. Glad to have moved from my previous apartment.

|Recommended: NoFirst apartment so can't compare to other apartments — its alright a few fixes need to be made but this building is 30 yrs old. Price is a tad too expensive but this is my first apartment so i don't know too much

|Recommended: YesLovely Location and Close to Everything — Been living here for three months, so far it has been a joy to live here. Everyone is really nice and no issues. The location is great, very close to all the places I shop. The grounds are well kept.

|Recommended: NoIt's a shame people don't clean up after their dogs. It's disgusting to take a walk around here..anywhere on the property.
